Tai Chi Class at Daniel Island Library (Adults)

Every Tuesday and Friday at 9 am starting April 21st!
Tai Chi - an ancient form of exercise for all ages using slow, smooth body movements. Tai Chi is particularly effective in healing, strengthening the cardiovascular and immune systems, and disease prevention. It can sharpen reflexes, boost energy and balance, and improve one’s overall sense of well-being.
